We want you to love your Kiyss pieces. If something is not right, here is how returns work:
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Hygiene policy
For hygiene reasons, bras, bralettes, briefs, and bodysuits that have been worn cannot be resold and are not eligible for return. We recommend trying items on over underwear to check fit.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and reason. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it and make it right.

Need a different size? Exchanges follow the same process — contact us and we will arrange it.
